Ristorante Romitorio

The restaurant has a limited number of covers and is open to guests staying at Romitorio and non-guests only on request.

It offers traditional Tuscan/Umbrian dishes with a dash of innovation. Giulia is also happy to cater for different dietary requirements, providing tailor-made menus upon prior request. The atmosphere is cosy and homely while still offering a professional and attentive service.

The majority of the produce used in the kitchen comes direct from our farming estate. Our guests can dine in the restaurant or order food to be enjoyed in their apartments.

We offer complete menus or single courses. You can ask for breakfast, snacks, aperitifs or pizza to be served outside in the garden. Do you fancy eating something particular we have not suggested that you associate with typical Italian cuisine? Just ask us and we will do our best to satisfy you.
